VacuumSweeperShop.com is a family owned company located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is in the Eastern Time Zone. Our business hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
By sending your comments via e-mail or on feedback forms, you give VacuumSweeperShop.com the right to reproduce, modify, or edit the content of the email and to use it on our website at our discretion.
ORDERING
In order to process your VacuumSweeperShop.com order, we need a few pieces of information including your name, email address, mailing address, shipping address (if different), credit card number and card expiration date for. This information is used to fill your order and to communicate order status.
Accurate part numbers are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please use due diligence in determining both the suitability of the part and the correct part number for your vacuum cleaner as you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your order. Contact us via the website, email at help@vacuumsweepershop.com or by phone at 1.877. VAC-SWEEP should you require help.
When you contact us, have your vacuum’s brand and model number available so we can properly identify your vacuum sweeper. Your vacuum cleaner may be one that has changes within the model number; these changes will be designated by a series letter or number following the basic model number and will be extremely important information. Without correct information we cannot accurately identify the part needed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards in payment.
Residents of Kentucky pay 6% sales tax on all taxable purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. You will not be charged if we cancel your order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
There are times that items may be temporarily out of stock or "backordered". In that case, we either send a partial shipment or hold your order a few days until our stock is replenished. If you prefer not to have backorders, write "No Backorders" in the comments section when you place your order. We will explain the circumstances and offer you the option to cancel.
SHIPPING POLICY
We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses or to countries other than the United States. Within the United States, we only ship to the 48 continental (contiguous) states. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to any U.S. territories or possessions.
Save your box and all packaging materials until you are satisfied that your product and all accessories are satisfactory in case you need to return it after you’ve opened it.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Orders for in stock merchandise placed by 4:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday usually leave our warehouse the next business day. Business days do not include weekends, holidays or the day you place your order. Shipping days are business days. Therefore shipping time excludes weekends, holidays and the day you placed your order.

The shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of purchase minus any applicable taxes.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENT
We reserve the right to charge you, the customer, for the entire shipping cost incurred on any refused or undeliverable shipment.
DAMAGED OR LOST MERCHANDISE
Transportation companies assume all liability from the time a shipment has left our dock and is therefore received by them, until the time it is delivered to you. Our liability ceases at the time of shipment. Claims for damage during delivery or lost merchandise must be made directly with the delivering carrier. You will need to place a claim with the delivery company before we can send you a replacement. We reserve the right to collect or not collect any damaged goods you receive.
If your merchandise is determined to be lost, you will need to place a claim with the shipping company that was used for your order. You will need to place a claim with the delivery company before we can send you a replacement.
RETURN POLICY
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Contact VacuumSweeperShop.com at our contact page or by emailing help@VacuumSweeperShop.com for a return authorization.
The RA# must be written on the return shipping label and also on a copy of your invoice included with the return. Please have your invoice in hand when emailing for RA #. You will need this information:
- Name
- Invoice number
- Item(s) returning
- Reason for return
- Model number of vacuum cleaner
- Exchange for (if applicable)
You are generally responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item. See refund and exchange policies for specifics.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You must request a return authorization. You may return an unopened, unused item in its original unopened packaging within 15 calendar days of delivery confirmation for an exchange or refund. Here are the policies:
- A. Returned merchandise must be in original condition in its unopened package to receive a full refund.
- B. Opened packages of vacuum cleaner bags are not returnable.
- C. Other opened items are charged up to 50% or more restocking fee depending on condition.
- D. You must pay return postage/shipping.
- E. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- F. We will charge or refund any price difference for exchanged items.
- G. You can request immediate shipment of exchanges. We will charge your credit card for any replacement item(s) we ship and then refund your card for the returned merchandise when it is received at our warehouse.
- H. A shipping fee is deducted from refunds of merchandise that received free shipping.
- I. Refunds are issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.
- J. We will refuse returns without a Return Authorization number.
- K. We will refuse COD returns.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
Contact VacuumSweeperShop.com immediately if the item you received is not correct. These rules apply:
- If VacuumSweeperShop.com sent you an incorrect item in error, we will replace it with the right item. VacuumSweeperShop.com will pay shipping for the replacement. VacuumSweeperShop.com will pay for return shipping of the incorrect item but only if you get a return authorization and use the shipping method we specify
- If you ordered incorrectly, we replace it under the exchange policies above. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us and the shipping cost of the replacement.
WARRANTIES
The manufacturers of products sold by VacuumSweeperShop.com assume all liability for their products including warranties. Replacement of defective products is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the product. We can assist you in obtaining the manufacturer's address and filing a claim.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We make every effort to resolve customer complaints. You can contact our customer service department using our online email, help@VacuumSweeperShop.com or by telephone at 1.877. VAC.SWEEP.
However, if you dispute a credit card charge for an order without first contacting us and allowing us to resolve the problem, we will seek remedy under the law to collect what you owe. This includes filing criminal charges for shoplifting, turning the account over to a collection agency and any other means available. We will assess all applicable fees and expenses we incur, including but not limited to:
- total of the original order
- bank chargeback fees
- statutory interest
- collection agency fees
- court costs and attorney fees
- miscellaneous fees and expenses
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
VacuumSweeperShop.com believes in protecting our customers’ privacy. Therefore we do not lend, sell or rent mailing lists of our customers, or divulge their personal information except as required by law or as needed to process and fulfill your order.
VacuumSweeperShop.com does not make telemarketing calls. We do not send any advertising materials by mail. The only time we will contact you by email or telephone is to

VacuumSweeperShop.com will register your email address for our quarterly newsletter which will provide useful information as well as any sales or coupons available at our website. At your discretion you may unsubscribe.
Your credit card and purchase information will remain confidential.
